Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the TrainDojo platform (train-dojo.it) and all associated services. By accessing or using the Service, the User agrees to be bound by these Terms.

1. Definitions

• Platform/Service: the TrainDojo web application.
• Owner/Controller: Gianmarco Magnone (privacy@train-dojo.it).
• User/Coach (Maestro): The professional, coach, or gym manager who uses the platform to manage athletes.
• User/Athlete: The natural person who receives workout routines through the platform.

2. Registration & Account

To use TrainDojo services, creating an account is required. The User is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials and all activities occurring under their account. The User agrees to provide accurate and complete information during registration.

3. Use of Service

The Service is intended for technical workout management. TrainDojo does not provide medical advice or health recommendations. The Coach is solely responsible for assigned workout plans and verifying athlete physical fitness.

The User agrees not to:

• Use the Service for illegal or unauthorized purposes.
• Violate laws in their jurisdiction, including copyright and intellectual property laws.
• Enter third-party sensitive personal health data without their explicit consent.

4. Subscription Plans and Payments

Use of TrainDojo by Coaches is subject to a monthly subscription, structured according to active athletes. Pricing details are available on the pricing page. Payments are handled securely via Stripe or direct agreement with TrainDojo.

Athletes associated with an active Dojo coach are not required to pay any fees to TrainDojo for using the app, unless subscribing to independent Athlete Pro plans.

5. Limitation of Liability

TrainDojo is provided "as is" and "as available". The Owner does not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or entirely error-free.

In no event shall the Owner be held liable for injuries, damages, or adverse events resulting from physical training or exercises performed through the platform. Physical exercise execution is performed entirely at the Athlete's own risk under coach guidance.

6. Changes to Terms

The Owner reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time with reasonable notice. Continued use of the Service following updates constitutes full acceptance of the updated Terms.

7. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by Italian law. Any dispute concerning interpretation or execution shall fall within the exclusive jurisdiction of the court of the Owner's domicile.
