User data is collected to provide the services offered by TrainDojo, including:

  • User registration and secure authentication via Google Firebase Authentication.
  • Core platform functionality (workout routine builder, mesocycle wave progression, session logs, Dojo athlete management).
  • Direct communication regarding technical notifications, account alerts, and service updates.
  • Internal platform analytics to optimize server performance and user experience.

4. Details on Personal Data Processing

Registration & Authentication (Firebase)

Through registration or sign-in, the User authorizes the Application to identify them and grant access to dedicated features. These services are provided by Google (Firebase Authentication). Personal data collected: email address, password hash, and name.

Pure SaaS Privacy Commitment

TrainDojo operates strictly on a Pure SaaS subscription model. We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal training data, body measurements, or workout history to third parties.

If you opt to connect a Google Gemini API key for AI-assisted features (BYOK), communication occurs directly through encrypted Google APIs in accordance with Google's API Privacy policies.

5. Data Retention

Personal Data is stored for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes for which it was collected or until account deletion is requested by the User.

6. User Rights (GDPR)

Under Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR), Users have the right to:

  • Withdraw consent at any time.
  • Object to the processing of their Personal Data.
  • Access their data and request an export.
  • Verify and request rectification or updates.
  • Request the permanent deletion of their profile and associated data.
